Before the ride
- Check the license plate matches the app before you get in.
- Match the driver photo and vehicle model shown in the booking.
- Ask "Who are you picking up?" — confirm your name before boarding.
During the ride
- Use Share Status so a trusted contact can follow your trip live.
- Wear your seatbelt — mandatory on Eswatini roads.
- If something feels wrong, end the trip in a safe public place and use SOS.
After the ride
- Rate your trip honestly — ratings help keep the network safe.
- Report issues through Help in the Rider app as soon as you can.
- Lost an item? Contact support within 24 hours for the best chance of recovery.
